Update on Tariff Surcharge Adjustment
Dear Valued Customer,
Following our previous communications regarding tariff-related surcharges, we would like to inform you about a further necessary adjustment to our surcharge policy due to the recent tightening of Section 232 tariffs and the resulting increase in cost pressure.
As outlined earlier, we had introduced and subsequently adjusted a surcharge on deliveries to partially offset the financial impact of these tariffs. Despite our continued efforts to mitigate these effects internally, the latest developments have significantly increased the burden on our supply chain and overall cost structure.
In light of the intensified Section 232 tariff measures, we must take additional steps to ensure continuity in service quality and reliability. Therefore, effective May 1st, 2026, the surcharge will be increased to 12.5% on all deliveries leaving our facility in Perrysburg.
This adjustment is necessary to maintain our operational standards and to continue supporting your business under the current trade conditions.
We remain committed to closely monitoring the situation and will review our surcharge policy on an ongoing basis. Should there be any improvement in the tariff environment, we will reassess and adjust the surcharge accordingly.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued partnership. If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
With Best regards
