Universal Hydraulik GmbH stays a family business

As a 100% family-owned business, generations combine experience with innovation and strengthen the enterprise (Ralf Uhl, Michael Uhl, Clemens Uhl).

Founded in 1983 by Ralf Uhl, Universal Hydraulik started as a representive for Racine from Bosch, USA. Shortly thereafter, the representation for Thermal Transfer Products for Europe and Middle East was added. In 2002, our own production of Heat Exchangers in Czech Republic started under the name of Universal Hydraulik.

After the son of the founder Michael Uhl joined the company, sales in heat exchangers increased consistently until today and Universal Hydraulik has become a renowned component manufacturer for heat exchangers.

Since 2017 the son of Michael Clemens Uhl has joined the family business and is completing his studies as a member of Universal Hydraulik. Therefore, at the moment there are three generations working together.

Since 2019, the "UH family" will now also enrich Valentina Uhl (granddaughter, daughter & sister) as the Head of HR. We are very satisfied with this development and so Universal Hydraulik is self-assuredly steering into the future...

Now co-founder Dirk Rosiepen has also anchored the second generation in the company with his son.
Co-founder Dirk Rosiepen, has accompanied Ralf Uhl already since 1970 (Racine times) in the sales office North-West.
Christian Rosiepen is now part of the Universal Hydraulik family since 2018.
